Why can't I load the DWG-Purge? It says "Batch purge settings file not found at below location. Please locate this file to continue".

According to the description of the software, this is actually a plug-in for the AutoDesk's AutoCAD application. Also, you have to specify the Settings path for the program to work properly. Failing to do so will give you the message that you've also encountered above. Access the application's page at Software Informer to download the latest version of the software.
After you get the package, right click it and choose Run as Administrator (needed to access the system partition).
I love this plugin and what it does. I can get the plugin to work when I start AutoCAD Architecture from out of the box. However, I get an unknown command when I attempt to run it from my customization. I am sure that I am missing something but I can't find it. Any suggestions?

This error doesn't seem to be a known bug or error. The troubleshooting page doesn't list it. However, according to other users, the plugin works fine without any errors. I recommend reinstalling it, then use the information on the official website to install it again.
